General Agreement

By accessing our cartography-based site mapping tools or commissioning a solar installation, you're agreeing to the terms laid out here. We've tried to keep the jargon to a minimum. Are you ready to transition to a cleaner future with us?

Our services encompass the design, installation, and long-term maintenance of advanced solar arrays. Each project begins with a proprietary spatial analysis of your property. We don't just guess; we map. This data remains the intellectual property of [[COMPANY_NAME]], though we grant you a perpetual license for your specific site records.

User Responsibilities

Don't provide false coordinates. We're serious. Accurate mapping relies on the integrity of the data you provide about property boundaries. Since we're working with high-voltage hardware, clarity is safety.

Liability Limits

While our solar mapping technology is industry-leading, it's not a substitute for municipal land surveys. We're masters of sun, not legal property disputes.

Payments & Refunds

How do we handle the financial side of sunshine? Transparently. We've processed over 150 project payments this year alone via our secure Melbourne gateway.

Standard projects require a 20% deposit following the initial spatial analysis report. We believe that professional mapping deserves professional commitment. If we can't find a viable solar path for your property through our cartography process, your deposit is fully refundable within 14 business days. No questions asked.

Once installation commences, we're building a custom asset tailored to your roof's unique geometry. At this stage, material costs are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Melbourne courts. We're committed to fair play, and we'll always try to resolve any issues through direct conversation before involving the legal eagles.
